6500 board in 5200?

At lowendmac.com it reads that I can swap out the motherboard in my 5200CD for a 5400 or 6400 board.

But what about a 6500 board? The thing looks like it has the same connectors as the aforementioned; is there any reason why I couldn't use a 6500 board in my 5200?
