My old iBook is quite functional, except for the lack of a CDRW. I saw reports that the Matsushita UJDA330 is very cheap (Saw LOADS of them on Ebay for $40) and is supported by OS X and fits into the iBook.

Now my concern: I would do it if I didn't have some beige cd door "Frankensteining" the iBook. Has anyone made this modification and managed to attach the iBook's CD tray cover to the Matsushita? It is so cheap, I'd be willing to do it, if I could keep the iBook looking the same.
