Should I use Arctic Silver 3, or Arctic Alumina [non-conductive]..... in the cube [between processor & step-up plates, and plates to heatsink]....

is the fear of the Silver 3 short circuiting the processors a big enough factor to NOT go that route and opt for the alumina?

also

should i put paste between the adapter and the actual heatsink?
