Team MacNN SETI, one of the longest running distributed computing projects, is actively seeking new members and the return of old members. Team MacNN SETI is currently ranked #35 among teams and continues to rise in the ranks, but needs help to fend off an aggresive challenge by Team Little White Dog.

SETI (Search for Extreterrestrial Intelligence) is a project that analyzes data from the radio telescope at Arecibo, Puerto Rico, to determine if there may be signals from other extraterrestrial life forms. You can participate in this exciting project by running a simple screensaver client that will process the data during times when you aren't otherwise using your computer. We're recruiting for the team. So we need to go outside of the team forums to get NEW people.

BTW I'm thinking of overclocking my 867 so it can crunch more SETI units per day. I might also do other faster things with it too.
