Obviously i saw that already. I mean when i am looking at the message board its right at the top saying G3/G4 Case Fun. Is that the only case hack for a G3/G4 BLACK????

There's also the LED that one of the guys put in the case, if you haven't noticed. If you can think up something better, tell us.

Here's one: put the guts of a G3/G4 into a NeXT cube. It's been done with a 6500 at www.applefritter.com. I'd do it but I can't afford the G3 right now. If someone really wants to do it, let me know and I'll email you the address of a guy who has some cube cases for sale cheap.

i considered doing that 'bout 6 months ago, but decided on reflection that it would be may too complicated + just opted to hack chunks out o my b/w g3 to satisfy my modifying instinct.

reading that article i see i chose right. i'm a bit more suited to the brute force mod than the genteel engineered one!
