I just installed a Yamaha 4x4x16 CD-RW in my beige G3/266 MT - not to replace the stock 24x CD-ROM, but in addition to it. Can anyone think of a non-destructive way to get audio from both drives (i.e. splitters, etc.)?

Thanx!

yes, you can splice two digital audio cables together to get a y-shaped caable that would hook up both drives. just don't ever try to use the audio from the two drives at the same time - it would confuse the heck out of the sound chipset
