I'm adding a 30g hard drive to my G4, but it's just a bare drive and didn't come with any screws. Does anyone know what size screw I should get? Sorry for the weird question ;-)
Thanks!

I would email the company that made that there drive.
And if that was a Simpon's reference, Cletus is the slack jawed yokel. Barney Gumble is just a drunk, that burps, not hiccups

The screws for most drives I have installed are 6-32 UNC, with a maximum length of 1/4 inch.
If you are using the side mounting holes then on some drives the screw can foul the circuit board - hence the length restriction.
Here in the UK I had great difficulty getting them - finally bought a box of 100 which has kept me going for ages.
If you happen to be in the UK drop me a line and I will send you 4, although they are just a little too long. With the new G4 I got 4 screws in the Apple accessories box - but I have used them!
