I have several old 30 pin and 72 pin simms laying around for which I have no clue as to what size they are. Each chip on the SIMM has a number and some chips have a part number on the back but that's all I have. Is there a website or any other source I can go to to find out if these are 256K, 1MB, 4MB, etc. chips?

If you have an old mac that you can test those RAM sticks on, go for it! Just remember to install them in pairs, and be mindful about electrostatic discharge. You may be able to find out based on the numbers on the chips, but I have no clue.

Good luck,
