I 'still' am interested in attaching a ide/atapi cd-rw to my imac DVSE. I know it's not the really 'good' looking but they are cheaper and faster. I understand the atapi/connector in the imac also carries the power and probably other stuff as well (analogue?). I want to know if somebody knows the lay-out of this connector so u can make a 'normal' to 'imac' IDE cable.
I guess I can take the power from the power that connects to the dvd-drive with an Y-splitter.

Anyone?

Paul
