Does anyone out there have plans for making an iMacquarium? I'm looking to upgrade my vintage Macquarium Plus, but it only accepts up to Fish 2.0 so a new machine looks to be in order.
I may have a line on one of the iMac (slot-loading) shells being used as a store display, which would be perfect. I've seen photos of the iMacquarium mod out there, but so far no plans. Can anyone help?

Thanks

I made a macquarium out of my old Mac Plus too. And I plan on making a couple of imacquariums as well. Today I picked up a couple of iMac display cases (Rev. C - Grape and Strawberry) for free at my local CompUSA!! I'm going to stop by later this weekend and try to pick-up two more (strawberry and tangerine). I have no idea how I'm going to build it but I heard that Andy Ihnatko (the man who invented the macquarium) will have instructions posted on his website soon.

If anyone is interested in buying a imacaquarium just go to www.imacaquarium.com
They are selling them for a steep price of $300. Ouch! Thank god I got 4 free rev. C display cases at my local CompUSA store.
What I would like to do is have the iMac's power button turn on the fish light. Does anyone know how I could go about doing this?

i went to my local CompUSA store hoping to pick up an iMac display case but they didn't have any. i asked if maybe they had any 'in back' but they didn't. The salesman i asked told me that his brother had gotten an iMac display case and turned it into a bed/house for his cat. He was also looking for more display cases.
