I posted a similar question (2-27) asking about a larger monitor for the 233 imac and got good responses and a great link to imac2day on how to do this on a 233. Does anyone know how to do this on the 350? Upon removal of the bottom case I can find no DB-15 cable or connectors although on the circuit board I believe I'm looking at the bottom side (soldered joint) of that type connector. If that's the case, if I remove the top case (with handle) that would allow access to that cable? I'm making a lot of assumptions here and would gladly accept some insight. The goal is to have an external monitor hooked up to a 350 imac with its internal (built in) monitor dead. Thanks

Why Did u by an imac ? Why not a biege G3 with added memory (it would be cheaper and faster.

I think its a little to late to suggest to get a Biege G3 considering he already owns the iMac, Don't ya think?
