I've been trying to get Descent 3 working in 9.2.2 on a brand-new iMac (it runs in Classic from OS X, but I can't find any joysticks that work!), but no luck.
Here's the wierd part: everyone at Graphsim (the software maker) and Apple are stumped. In a local Apple dealer, we installed and ran the game on a G4 tower, a G4 eMac, and a G4 iMac 15" flat panel. It worked fine in 9.2.2 on the first two, but not on the iMac (which is what I just forked over $1400 for!).
Does anybody have any experience or insight with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. (I hardly have any hair left to tear out at this point).
