I made it to the end of WC3's single-player mode. In the final mission, where you must fend off Tichondrius for 15(?) minutes, the level just counts down and I don't get attacked until the last second. From what I've read, it's supposed to be wave after wave of baddies. Anyone else experience this?

Somehow your final Level may have been corrupted. I don't know how, but if you want to you could try playing the final level as a custom game. It is on my iDisk under Warcraft 3 Maps. The File is called War3 Final Level. Here is the website: http://homepage.mac.com/kps454/FileSharing2.html

The last battle is supposed to be 30 minutes, with major attacks in the 15th minute and the last three. There is continuing skirmishes throughout the whole time.

The last Battle is 45Minutes long. You must stop the undead for as long as possible from taking out the humans. Then eventually the undead will overwhelm you and take out the humans. You then have to hold them from taking out the Orcs. Finally they will come after your main base.
