hey,

did any of you guys see the story at the bottom of the main macnn page? i didn't even no this game was coming...then again, i never heard of the game but after watching the demo movie, this looks pretty damn good. has anyone played this on the PC side, and how is it?

and what really surprised me was that Omni ported this game in only 8 weeks! how'd they do that? i mean, i PC game ported to the mac in the SAME YEAR the PC game came out? is that even possible? i thought ALL mac games usually take 2 years to port!

Nah. MacPlay was very quick with the negotiations to SoF II and Omni has experience with the Q3-engine and this engine was already ported, so it wasn't that difficult for them. I am happy though :-)

Wahoo.

The Omni Group, they're good people. I really mean that.
