Seems like there are some pretty good console emulators on the mac. I've been using SNES9X on my iBook a lot.

Anyone wanna share some good sites to get roms from? Y'know nes or snes games (that are legal to keep if you own the original cart and are legal to download and try for 24 hours if you don't).

I like http://www.cherryroms.com a lot. They have screenshots and descriptions and a lot of japanese games and stuff. Where do you go for your classic gaming fix?

Peace,
-pornstar

Only one I've used was Connectix Virtual Game Station for os9. But Sony bought them out years ago, so you'll have to go to eBay for a copy. I hear it doesn't work with Jaguar's version of classic. Too bad.

Something on versiontracker called FlareStorm, but it's in alpha. Has anyone tried it?

Me, I would not use it right now though... slow, and buggy.
