How to enable cheats in Soldier of Fortune II?

"Cheats not enabled on this server" keeps coming up when I try to run one. In RtCW you had to modify the .ini file by adding a line of text. What's the proceedure for SoFII?

Do u mean for multiplayer, or singleplayer?  In Single player I am not sure that you can. But if you have your own SOF2 server then it's probably the same as Q3, type "/sv_cheats 1".
