those codes work, but to get the game in developer mode there is one thing you need to do..

it's been a while, so not sure if I remember exactly..

when you first launch the game a little window comes up asking about video details.
(you might need to launch the game with the option or command key down to get this window?)

in the top left corner is a outline of Max Payne, I think if you click on it, another menu will come up where you can specify developer mode to be turned on..



then while in game, hit the f12 key to enter cheats

You have to hold down Option+D after immediatly after starting up the game to enable the debug dialog box. You'll hear a beep. Then follow Corys directions about the picture. I believe the instructions are actually noted in the Readme files (I think they're the HTML help files that come with the game).
