Is this possible? My friend tells me it is, but when i searched around the internet for it all i found were some video game forums discusing it with dead links. Can anyone provide me with links to downloadable ISOs or some instruction on how to burn them?

is it really that big of a deal that he asked since they haven't made games for it in years? Even if you wanted to buy a game where could find them?

Ebay, your local game store. The games are out there. Downloading NES games I can see, but Dreamcast? Those are still out there, and plenty cheap.
