I've got retail version, updated to 3.3.2. Downloaded and installed Xmas mappack, but can't get the SP campaign to work. It's in the Mod drop down menu, but when I click on it, all I get is the window where you choose which map to start from. Problem is, there are no maps. That drop down menu is empty. I didn't install the TOMA because I don't care about monsters in TO. Is it part of SP?

Running Mac OS 9.2.2, 1280 MB RAM, GeForce2MX, etc. Doesn't really matter because regular TO works fine.

I posted in Tactical Ops forum, but no results yet.

Thanks.....

I have the same problem. I am going to reinstall TO and try to use the same folder locations as the PC version instead of using the mac "stand-alone" guide I followed. Since it only works with the retail version, I have to follow the PC install. I hope this works because I really want to play single player.

Try to move the Singleplayer.ini to the UT folder at top, together with the other .ini files...

Some says it does the trick - I have not yet been able to test it though. I'm on xmas holliday

I tried it and no luck. Thanks for the advice though.

@xyber - I'm not at the reinstall point yet. If I could just figure out what files are supposed to be in what folders, I think everything might work. Let me know if you have any luck after your reinstall.

Move your TO-Singleeplayer.ini and TOMA.ini into your main UT directory. It works.

Did you install the "stand-alone" TO install? Because when you download the mappack(which inclues single player), the files are put in the correct folders already. Since the standalone version has only one system folder, all the system files go in there except those 2 ini's. Maps go in maps, textures go in textures, sounds go in sounds.

By standalone, I mean this.

No, I have the full version of UT. I will go back and install the TOMA files and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks, Xyber....

I tried moving the TOMA files, but still no single player. If I click on the Mod menu, it's listed, but when I click on SP game, all I get is a dialog box with 4 tabs. No maps are listed, no TO times to beat, nothing. I have a bunch of texture files leftover because when I tried to move them to the Texture folder, I got a warning asking me if I wanted to replace the newer file that already exists.

So here's what I get when I unzip the mappack. I get a folder on the desktop with 2 folder inside, System and Tactical Ops. I think the Tactical Ops ones are self explanatory. Where do the files go that are inside the System folder? Into My Hard Drive\Unreal Tournament or My Hard Drive\Unreal Tournament\System?

Thanks again Xyber.....

They go here:My Hard Drive\Unreal Tournament\System. But copy TO_Singleplayer.ini and TOMA.ini to My Hard Drive\Unreal Tournament.
