Anyone want to try?

I don't know much about this particular title but can't you play over at Game Ranger?
Game Ranger is already supporting NASCAR Racing 2002, chances are good for F1 too.

F1 2000 was designed on the PC for maximum realism thus in multiplayer mode there is alot more data passed between the machines. This means that the network connection has to be high bandwidth and low ping.

Most internet connections will not have this as we are talking about 50k+ a second and lags cause alot of problems.

Also the server whould have to have x times as much bandwith as this is a client server so a 3 player game the server needs 2 times 50k....

This was how the PC game was written an it is not physically possible to change it thus game ranger support would be useless unless you have a very fast connection and a low ping..

But it will work if you have a fast enough internet connection.

Cheers Edwin

p.s. If you want I can explain why there is more data and why it is not possible to run this over a low bandwidth high latency network like most peoples connection to the internet.
