When downloading doesn't work, use this mirror.

Some people still couldn't connect to PC 1.41 servers after installing the patch, if so, download this and move contents to "/Wolfenstein/main" (replace existing files if necessary). Then it should work!

Happy fragging all!

OK, I find this the proven method, it works.

1. Download the 1.41 update, the big file

2. Download the 1.41 fix, drag the files into the wolfenstein/main file

3. (this is tricky), download the 1.41 autoupdater for PC at rtcwfiles.com, now you unzip that in stuffit (drag the file to your applications>utilities>stuffit.app), and from the folder it makes, ONLY drag MP_BIIN.pk3 into your wolfenstein/main folder.

This way you can play on gameranger, any mac/pc server, and all is good.

I tried it out last night after I downloaded the update and applied the fix. It didn't work without the fix. After I applied the fix, it didn't work on one server claiming 3 files were missing, but worked on another server. Both servers were 1.4 or 1.41. I'm thinking the first server may have required the 3 files for some mod or somthing. I'll try a few other servers tonight.

It seems it's just the odd server. Most servers seem to work.

At least now I have tons of more servers to play on and better pings.

So far the update works for me great. No problems whatsoever, and I didn't even have to run the fix. It's nice to see 700 servers again.
