I've ordered from them a couple of times, and I've not had any problems. My brother ordered from them when they still went by the name of Compuexpert on their site, and the box of the game came somewhat crushed on the bottom. But that's the only bad experience I've seen from them. If they send you the smaller boxed version of WC 3, then I don't think it would be at much of a risk of being damaged because when my brother ordered his game was back when they still packed games in those huge boxes.
