I have quite a collection of skins and objects for The Sims Vacation (and others, but I'm running under Vacation) in OSX. Recently I downloaded something that makes it crash after the opening animations and a few loading messages.

How the heck do I figure out which one it is? I narrowed it down to something in the skins folder, but there were over a thousand files in there before I added the "bad" one (if that's even the problem), and between their gibberish file names and OSX's lack of Finder labels, and a lack of any kind of "extension manager" for The Sims, how can I narrow it down?

I wouldn't mind deleting files I don't like if too many in there is causing the crash, but again, it's the same problem. I have no idea which skin the file name belongs to.

Aspyr.com has no relevant help or patches.

Help!
