I think only Unreal Tournament 2 is coming out for the Mac, not Unreal 2. Of course, I could be totally wrong.

Chances are very high. Mac plans have not been finalized yet but we've always been supporters of the Mac and you can expect to see both of these games on Mac at some point.
I bet that UT2k3 does, but unsure about Unreal 2.

US2K3 is coming for sure, though it supposedly wasn't running at its best at Macworld. U2 isn't certain, but would be very cool.

I've been keeping a real close eye on unreal II for a while since Unreal is my favorite person shooter out there. Unreal II was only made for PC, and currently has NO plans to be ported to Linux, Mac, or any gaming system. If you so much as mention a mac on the Unreal II forums they will slander and beat you down for using such a "crap computer". Luckily, Unreal II has gotten real crap reviews, and it seems like we're not missing much. But Yes, Unreal Tourney 2K3 IS currently planned to be built for mac.

The most important aspect of a game is that it should be fun to play. I loved Unreal as much as Marathon and that says a lot for me! However it seems that U2 offers fantastic grapichs and not much more. If it comes out OK I might get it but I wait with far less expectancy than I did for Oni and Aliens v Predators.
I think that the FPS genere is getting more and more stale, If there was a decent WWII flight sim I would take that over any FPS!

I have Unreal II on my PC. Graphically, it's very pretty. Playability wise it can't touch RTCW. Also, it runs like a dog on my AMD2100+ Geforce4200ti, so I wouldn't hold your breath for a useable Mac port.
Frankly, you're not missing much, so don't lose any sleep over it.

I have a 2.4 GH Dell with a GeForce 4200. I have both Unreal T2K3 and II.
Tournament is an awesome game!! Unreal II is a good game, but it's not revolutionary. People with Macs only should feel good that they're getting the better of the 2 games.
