Anybody have any clue if there has been any posts anywhere about Splinter Cell being ported to the Mac? It seems to be a huge hit on the dark side, and so I can hope

I've got an XBox. But unless I can figure out how to CHEAPLY get it to display on my ADC 20'' when I want to play in my office, well, not going to happen.

I heard it is coming to the PC. No word on the Mac. Out for Xbox now, coming to GameCube and PS2 soon. PS2 will have some extra features, I read -- of course, the graphics will be a bit tuned down from the Xbox and GC version, too. Meh. I'm getting it for GameCube whenever it's ready -- looks very cool.

Got it for Xbox, it's a very very cool game, but only if you're one of those people willing to devote hours upon hours into the single player mission. I'm the type where I wanna hop online with Unreal, blast up some folks for 20 mins., have my fun, and get offline. But if you can stand the longevity of it, it's great. But doubtful it'll ever hit the Mac.

Splinter Cell is a great game. I've played through it 3 times(twice on hard). I own it for my Xbox and I 'borrowed' the PC version from a friend. While the game is exactly the same on PC and Xbox, I like the PC controls better. If I had to choose between the 3 console versions, I'd pick Xbox. I'm sure the GameCube will be very similar to the Xbox, but there is no way the PS2 version will look as nice.
People that have never played it try to compare it to Metal Gear Solid. I've played MGS and feel they are nothing alike. MGS seems more like a cartoon to me then real life. Of course, in the end, they're both just videogames.
Someone else said something about extra stuff being on the PS2 version. The same extra content will be available to owners of the Xbox version. You'll be able to download the extras off Xbox Live or get it off the DVD that comes with OXM magazine.
