If so what are they called and where can i get them. I went back and read through some old threads, but only one was mentioned, and without a name. That thread was from a while ago and i was wondering of there were any out now.

There was one for OS 9 called "BluePS2" and I tried it without it really working. I don't even know if it was a real emulator.

He asked about a PS2 emulator, not PSX. And no, there are no PS2 emulators out and won't be any decent ones out for about 2 or 3 years if ever. The PS2 is a rather complicated system and would require a rather hefty machine to emulate the various hardware aspects of the system.

From what i understand it would be much easier to make a PS2 emulator for the mac than windoze.

I was told the arcitecture is more compatable and PS2 uses a RISC style of processor like the mac. Stupid windoze users

Excepting that Windows computer run about three times as fast as Macs, and the biggest problem at this point with the emulators is that computers just aren't fast enough.
