I'd post the crash log or I'd send it in an e-mail via the Omni Group Crash Catcher, but I don't think it's necessary.

Rickster? Can I get an update on this?

There's honestly no telling what the issue could be...this is yet another reason that updating to the newest OS X before you've allowed people to discover all the drawbacks isn't such a smart move.

Best of luck in resolving your problem however!

Maybe he's the one to serve as warning to the rest of us?

I'll have to test Freedom Force when I get home. Hope it's an isolated incident...

What exactly doesn't work for you? Mine starts up just fine. I loaded up a saved game and that plays just fine.

Hmm...I get the swirl effect after double-clicking the FF icon...then I get a black screen for a few seconds...then the app quits.

Hmmm...I thought it might be 10.2.5 breaking FF and I thought it would be a universal problem but I guess it's isolated and I'll have to send the crash log.

Hmm... I justed noticed my computer no longer does the swirly thing when launching FF. It goes to the OmniGroup/MacPlay screen.

I'm using a Radeon 8500. If I get a chance, I'll try the game on some of my other computers (all Radeons)

I've got 10.2.5 on my dual 800 with GeForce2MX TwinView and FF works fine, but I didn't play a game. I only got to the menu and quit.
folding@home is good for you.

Wow...looks like it's a very isolated case then. FF just broke after I installed 10.2.5 so I assumed it would break for everyone.

I'll reinstall FF when whenever I have a chance I suppose. I'm not in the FF-playing mood since I've got exams...I just wanted to see FF's OpenGL performance with 10.2.5.

No probs for me on 12" Alu Book on 10.2.5, in fact performance seems smoother.

Well I reinstalled FF and now it works. Weird.

I'm slowly going through all the levels again (deleted my old saved games) and trying to get as many prestige points as possible.
