The 10.2.5 update seems to have fixed night vision in Ghost Recon. Under earlier versions of the OS, night vision was completely useless - it was harder to see with it at night than without.

Under 10.2.5, night vision is nice and bright. Now I can go back and replay those night missions as they were meant to be played.

Yay!

That was the single biggest reason why I would always boot into OS 9 to play Ghost Recon. Now I don't have to. And GhR performance seems to have been improved a bit in OS X. It seems on par with OS 9 now.

And I *LOVE* those night missions! Love the old fortress mission in particular...the one they used for the free demo (though the demo was in day time). If you've got a sniper with you, you'll have a field day.
