I haven't tried too many games, but I noticed on the two I'm using (4x4 Evo, Racer) that I can't get my MOMO Racing to report seperate axis for the gas/brake pedals (like I can on Windows). Even the HID explorer from Apple seems to only see the two axes (x steer, y pedals).

I've sent a query to Logitech, still awaiting a response.

Has anyone been able to get their wheels to report seperate axis for the pedals under OS X?

Well just heard back from Logitech, seems it a limitation of the OS.

Time to provide some feedback
