tock tick tock tick...

No response from MacPlay about an ETA or even progress with it. They just say that they will be the publisher of the game. Yeah, I got that update last year. How about finishing this thing up already!

Frankly, this game should trump UT2003 because of the more interesting gameplay options. May not look as good, but how long is the eye candy going to sustain people when they realize that the game is essentially a prettier version of the same old thing. I'll buy both "to support the industry", of course.

Rickster? Any news on AvP2? It *has* been in dev for quite a long time. And what about the 2 unannounced games?

Avp2 is long over due. I really would have liked to play this game
and I was happy that macplay was going do it because they did a good
job with avp. But this is begining to stink

MacPlay is releasing two new games this month. Neither is AvP2. Losers.

Meanwhile, the UT2003 demo plays pretty solidly on my 933/nvidia Gforce4MX/64MB. But it is so QUAKE-like. I miss UT's weapons and gameplay, but look forward to MODS to resolve these issues.
