We, the consumers of entertainment software, respectfully petition Ubi Soft Entertainment to release a Mac OS version of Uru: Ages Beyond Myst. The Macintosh community shares a special affinity with Cyan Worlds, which has always developed Mac OS versions of their software. Indeed, many key people at Cyan Worlds are professed Macintosh users.

All previous games in the Myst franchise have been released for the Mac OS. Myst, Riven, and Myst III: Exile have sold well to Macintosh users. As the signatories attest, this trend will continue. A Mac OS version of Uru which is faithful to the conventions of Macintosh interface standards--i.e. not a cursory port--will be well received.

The Macintosh community will be very grateful for continued support from Ubi Soft. We are eager to be a part of the new revolution in adventure games embodied in Uru!

Yeah, more petitions that don't do anything. I believe companies get so many of these things they probably have an email filter;

That's why I stopped posting here. People just put you down if you don't think and like exactly the same stuff they do. I had started a thread for adventure gamers here and I got stuff like "Adventure games suck." Wow! that's pretty constructive alright. Geez...

Anyway I signed... And I posted the link at the other forum I hang around now...
