Hi Folks,

Having read a LOT of posts and websites describing how to cheat on Spearhead - I'm having problems.

Here's what I'm doing at the moment:

When I launch Spearhead, I hold down shift - I get the 'argument' text input window, I don't change the radio buttons below.

I type in "+set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1"

I click done

Spearhead loads

I load a saved game

I press ~

I type a cheat code, and the console says - "You must first run the server using +set cheats 1"

HMMMMM


I've tried doing "+set developer 1 ...." but that didn't seem to work.

If anyone can give me idiot-proof instructions on getting this to work, I would appreciate it.

In both the original MOH and Spearhead, you need to load a campaign first (from the map), let that start as normal THEN load your saved game. The cheats will work then.

I always got by with just reloading the same game.
