Once the download is done it unstuffs, then it decompresses, then nothing happens? Any thoughts?

"then nothing happens"? What exactly do you mean? Do you have the disk image? Do you have the demo file itself? Have you tried double-clicking on the icon? Yadda yadda.

that happened to me when i downloaded it. i think i just deicded to get it from a diferent sournce, and then i tried it again and all went well.

I had that problem too... I think after I restarted my machine it worked.
