of course you can watch tv, listen radio... very nice hardware.
That is kick ass, dude! And you just put the inputs into the card from the GC and you're set!? That's awesome! I'd love to have a 'Cube hooked up to my 17" ADC CRT.
Question: can you record video with the included software? Is the software stable? Is there a receiver so you can watch regular TV if you don't have cable? Thanks!
And it's only $129!!11 Very interesting. You order yours through their site?

Yes, you put the GC cable into the PCI card and select AV channel in the Televio software, and you are done. Please note that I have tried with the GAMECUBE RCA cable, as the Televio card also has S-Video in, you could use the Nintendo S-Video cable but actually I can not find it in the near stores.
Yes, you can record with the Televio software. And that is pretty impresive, I mean that with 'only' a G4 400 you can record flawless, you can choose between different compress modes, MPEG 4 etc, that is, Televio uses QuickTime for this action. Very nice indeed!
The software is very stable, actually is a final candidate version, but is rock solid for sure.
The PCI card has a Philips TV tuner and a FM tuner. Of course you can watch regular TV. It even has a very nice remote control.
I think with 'receiver' you mean that antenna you may have in a car for the radio, am I wrong?. Well, of course the card has anntena input but a antenna is not included. I suppose that is really cheap to buy one.
Yes, the price tag is very nice. Please note that price includes both, the software and the hardware. You could buy only the software if you have a tv card that works with Televio, but I really think is more easy buy the whole thing, so you receive something that really works.
The site has the shop in english, so no problem.

Televio has line-audio input and output (3,5mm stereo jack) and works without problem here, I hear the GAMECUBE on my SoundSticks.
