Gave up on quake for along time. Now I tried to install the latest altivec test version 6_19_03. Aafter installing quake from the original CD. Just quits immediatly, or swaitches of the monitor and I have to restart. What is required to get this to run G4/400 ATI Radeon 7000. Thanks

The latest Q3 Builds are test versions with known issues, hang tight. This older version should work for you.
