HELP: Setting custom refreh rates in Q3 Engine games?

Hey all, having a problem due to games trying to use to high of display refresh rates for set resolutions in games; such as 85khz at 1280x1024 when my displays only support a refresh of 75khz. Only happens in Q3 based games it seems BTW and is partly due to a funky display adaptor I am using I think. Is there a way I can manuly set the refresh khz in the cfg file by altering a set r_ command? Thanx guys!

AHHHH i thiught u set those to 1, then defined the setting some where else. thanx bud worked like a charm.
