Hi,

Since yesterday, I can't:

1) Get a new list of games "on the internet", i.e. the in game browser does *not* work [no response from master server]

2) Join a game [awaiting connection forever]

And I know I'm connected to the internet.

Anyone?

It'd probably help if you gave us more information. For all we know you could be running the original version of Quake 3 which will never be able to find a network game these days.

speaking of Quake3, anyone know how I can manually update Punkbuster on it.

I'm not able to do much with most of the cool servers since as soon as I start playing a server with PB on it I get sent to spectate mode because of PB,and I don't cheat!

ambush - Do you have the latest altivec optimized version of Quake 3, or just the 1.32 version for OS X?
Camali - There is a utility called PBWeb that will update PB for you. Put it in your Home/Library/Application Support/Quake 3/baseq3/pb folder and run it. It may take a while, but it does work and will update Punkbuster for you.
