we have posted the second revision of the free playable beta for Diablo II (Lord of Destruction) on MacOS. It offers noticeably improved performance in OpenGL mode, especially on OSX 10.2with sufficient hardware.

Beta 2's OpenGL performance is amazing...I can now proudly show Diablo 2 on my Dual 800 G4.

Level loading is ridiculously fast.

Sounds great. I can't wait for the final release.
Please get it out before school starts, I need to keep my GPA up, and if it comes out after school starts, I know I'll spend all day for a week playing it.
