Anyone having trouble untaring Ameriac's Army?

Anyone else having trouble un-taring it? Stuffit is quitting with an internal error. I get a folder with America's Army.app, but it quits with an error:

Yeah. I'm running 10.2.6, so no worries there.
Tried to un-tar it from the Terminal and got an "Operation not permitted" error.
Like, weird.
