Hello,

I'm trying to run Undying on my computer with OS 10.2.3, and when I try to start it, it loads, then comes back with "Unable to run, etc due to OpenGL, check version, etc.". Well, I have OpenGL installed on the OS 9 side, is there something I need to install for the OS X side too? According to the installer, OpenGL requires OS 9.1 or earlier, what am I doing wrong?

I don't know this game, Undying, so forgive my ignorance. Does Undying run natively in OS X, or does it need the classic environment? What graphics card do you have?

If you're running in OS X, I strongly recommend upgrading to 10.2.6, as a lot of OpenGL work has gone into the OS since 10.2.3.

If you're running it in OS 9, make sure you have the newest graphics drivers and OpenGL extensions.

What type of hardware do you have? The hardware requirements for OpenGL in OS 9 and X are a little different. OS X requires a minimum Rage 128 card for OpenGL support. Technically, it requires at least an 8MB video card but the only vid card which will realistically run any OpenGL app with 8 MB of VRAM is a Rage 128. Definitely do what redJag suggested and update to 10.2.6.

Not really a help but just an FYI - Undying runs fine on my TiBook 1Ghz running 10.2.6.
