Hello all,
I just bought No One Lives Forever, knowing full well that my iMac was at the very bottom as far as requirements go, but for $12, I said what the heck, I'll eventually get a new computer anyway. So I installed it, and it will not even start up under 10.2.3, (10.1.3 is the minimum). But guess what, it runs under 9.2.2! I tried it for the heck of it, but it's supposed to be a native OS X game, why is it working? Has anyone else tried this? I thought it was strange, but maybe it's more common than I thought. Oh well, thought you'd like to know...

I will do that, thanks. However, I found out last night poking around the Apple web site that according to the review page on Apple games, it was made for OS 9.1 or higher as well, even though the box says Made for OS X, so I guess it's no big deal after all, oh well.
Thanks,
Tom

Yeah...don't you hate that? "Made for OS X ... ... but it's really made for OS 9, suckahs."
