Hi all: Am wondering about whether to plunk down money for Zoo Tycoon. It seems like something I might enjoy and my 13-year-old loves the Sims. This seems along the same lines. But at $50 it's not exactly cheap, so I'm interested in opinions from those who have played. It's gotten good reviews, but I haven't seen too many real-person views. (The expansion pack looks fun, too.)

I've got this, if I'm honest, I got bored of it.

The interface is confusing as hell, its just shapes and the tutorial is poor.

The actual game itself kept me entertained for a few hours, but I just gave up after my first game, it was just repetitive and boring if I'm honest...but thats just my opinion. Maybe a 13y old may think different.
