Anyone experience this problem? I have a 12" powerbook. I always get black screen after I quit out of Fallout for a real long time before it returns to my desktop. Anyone know what causes this or how to speed up getting back to my desktop?

I get that after quitting both fallout and fallout 2.

I love the games to death and just deal it even if I shouldn't.

I think it's fixed in Panther.

edit: yup...just gave it a try and it's fixed.

It's heartening to hear people speaking highly of Fallout! These games rock. I was just reading about Van Buren (Fallout 3) today.

On a side note - does anyone have a copy of the Fallout Survival Kit (character editor) that they could send to me? This little util seems to have dropped off the face of the earth and I'd love to get my hands on it.
