This could be very old news...but...
If you have UT2003, open up the console (press ~) and type "open vehicledemo"
Walk over to the switch icon and see your new toy.

If you walk up to the side of the vehicle, press 'U' (or whatever you have "Use" bound to) and you can drive around and....all that.
|

Yeah, but all you can do is drive around and shoot a rocket-launcher. It's cool, but there isn't much to it.
