Quick and dirty way to install Diablo II LoD with a extreme small Classic Folder.
Okay here we go.
Create a new folder, I called mine "OS 9 light"
Move/copy these files into "OS 9 light" (from an OS 9.2.2 install):
Finder
System
Then make a folder named "Extensions" inside "OS 9 light". Move/copy these extensions into "Extensions" (from an OS 9.2.2 install):
Internet Config Extension
Shared Library Manager
Shared Library Manager PPC
Then hopefully the "Classic" Control Panel will find this folder (you must restart the "System Preferences" app if it is loaded). Select it, and start up from it. And push "Update" when requested.
Don't except many things to work with this. Diablo II LoD installation loaded perfectly here. "Extensions" might be named differently if you don't have an English/nort American OS 9. Now you try.
