I'm on a TiBook 1Ghz with 768mb of ram and the Radeon 9000 mobility.
And well, first impressions of Halo multiplayer seemed good. But now I can't find a decent server where there is no lag. This is even on servers with 2/10 people online!
I'm on a 512k DSL line and this doesn't happen with Soldier of Fortune or Jedi Outcast.
Any ideas how to improve speed? I've turned down the settings quite a bit to 800x600 and textures to medium.
Thanks,
Oliver

If he has a Radeon 9000 he won't be able to enable them in the first place.

I remember seeing that option when I first loaded Halo and that window came up. I selected to not show it again, is there a way to make it show again, as I cant seem to figure out how to turn them off in Video settings within Halo.

"Lag" as in high latency, or low framerates? Two VERY different issues!

It's such a lagfest, in games with a high number of players. It hurts.
