I recently tried installing my Unreal Tournament 2003 game on my new PowerBook and I got an error saying "Mac OS 10.2.6 or later is recommended" but, it would not let me continue to the rest of the install... So I then opened up the package contents and I found the installer file and opened that...

GREAT! It worked. UT2003 takes forever to install... Finally it's done with Disc 1. It tells me to insert Disc 2. I say to myself "Okay" and try to eject the Disc. But, Mac OS X is too smart for me... it won't let me eject a CD while the App is still open... DAMNIT! So I quit the installer.

Then when the installer quit, the newly installed stuff VANISHED from my desktop... leaving me with... well, nothing.

That was a waist of time and it made me angry. Does anyone know how to do this? They should have thought of a better system than that... I mean... they must have thought that 10.2.6 was going to be Apple's last OS update.

Anyways... that's my story... and I would appreciate any help on how to do this. Thanks in advance!

I'd suggest you read the MacSoft Unreal Tournament 2003 Support page.
