I just tried to play Halo after not having played it in a few weeks (months?). The graphics do not display properly. All I get are a bunch of geometric lines. Any thoughts? The only thing I can think of is that I've upgraded to 10.3.3 since playing last. I'm on a G5 2Ghz with 9800 Pro...

For me, Halo plays fantastically under 10.3.3 -- like twice as well as under 10.3.2!
I'm running a G5 DP1.8 with a Radeon 9800 Pro... so our machines are basically the same.
Do other 3D games run okay? If you get the same thing in other games, your GPU might be fried.

Damn, if twice as good I'd really like to play it!
I tried WCIII, it is fine as is the Unreal Demo. The intro screens all display fine, but the basic starting menu is even screwed up in Halo. Any other ideas?

I reinstalled and applied 1.041 patch. I had been using the 1.04 patch. It works now. Thanks!
