Botmatch scores are always low on single processor, lower clock machines, since the AI in UT2kX is pretty processor intensive. And it's largely unoptimized, so it scales linearly with clock rate. Since UT2kX is made as a net game, botmatch scores are largely irrelevant, IMO.

Processor speed always changes run-time by a constant (linear change from same processor/different clock), even with the most efficient algorithm

Keep in mind all the powerbooks for that test only had 64MB VRAM, not 128MB. I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but these tests are only with 64, not 128. the author states this in the article.
