I haven't played the demo since I downloaded it, because of the sound thing. That's pretty lame. Did htey fix it yet, or do you still get total crap for FPS?

If you are talking about the one where sound cripples performance on single CPU machines, then it is fixed. I'm not aware of any other sound issue.
